The ROMO Chairman spoke against the backdrop of the influx of fake union revenue tickets in the State, warned that anyone caught with fake ticket would be arrested and prosecuted.

He lamented that, not only the union but also the government is losing millions of naira in revenue to ticket racketeering.

The ROMO Chairman urged members of the union to be law abiding and patronise only accredited ticket vendors.

He also charged members to always obey traffic rules, saying “we are law abiding citizens of Ogun State and we must always portray ourselves law abiding citizens by obeying the law at all time.

“Our enforcement team would be going round any moment from now and be effecting the arrest of fake ticket vendors.

“These criminals are depleting the Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) of the State through their illegal dealings,” Sholebo said.
