President Tinubu Will Solve Nigeria’s Current Economic Situation, Says Gombe Gov Yahaya

Gombe State Governor, Alhaji Inuwa Yahaya, expressed confidence in President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s ability to address Nigeria’s current economic challenges. Speaking at a civic reception in Kaltungo, Yahaya highlighted that the removal of fuel subsidies and other economic policies implemented by Tinubu’s administration are steps towards long-term economic stability and growth.

Governor Yahaya acknowledged the hardships faced by Nigerians due to the subsidy removal but assured that the government is working on palliative measures to alleviate these difficulties. He praised Tinubu’s leadership and foresight, particularly the decision to allow states to generate and distribute electricity, which is expected to boost socio-economic development.

Yahaya stated, “President Tinubu has shown that he has the vision and courage to take bold steps to transform our economy. The removal of fuel subsidies was a difficult but necessary decision. We are confident that with his leadership, the current economic situation will improve significantly.”

Nigeria is blessed with abundant resources and strategic plans that will lead to a stronger, more resilient economy.
