President Bola Tinubu has said he has heard the protesters “loud and clear” as the #EndBadGovernance protest enters its fourth day. In a broadcast to the nation, Tinubu acknowledged the pain and frustration driving the protests and assured Nigerians that his government is committed to listening and addressing their concerns.

The President called for an end to violence and destruction, emphasizing the need for dialogue and collective effort to build a brighter future for Nigeria. He highlighted his administration’s achievements in stabilizing the economy, increasing revenue, and implementing infrastructure projects.

Tinubu also addressed the protesters’ demands, including the reversal of the petrol pump price to N100/liter, combating insecurity and hunger, and implementing a living wage. He assured Nigerians that his government is working hard to improve their lives and create opportunities for young people.

The President’s broadcast comes after criticism for his initial silence on the protests, which have resulted in loss of lives and property damage. He commiserated with the families of those who have died and urged protesters to suspend further action to create room for dialogue.
