Catholic Church Urges President Tinubu to Address Fuel Price Controversy

The Catholic Church, Ibadan Archdiocese, has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to speak out on the fuel price controversy between Alhaji Aliko Dangote and the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), which has been causing suffering for millions of Nigerians.

According to Archbishop Most Rev. Gabriel ‘Leke Abegunrin, who spoke to newsmen ahead of his 75th birthday celebration in Ibadan, President Tinubu’s silence on the matter is needed to put an end to the hardship faced by Nigerians.
