Veteran Nigerian actor, Saheed Balogun, has spoken out following the death of his daughter, Zeenat.
Zeenat passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2024.
Balogun took to Instagram to express gratitude to those who have sent condolences to his family since Zeenat’s demise.
“We extend our sincerest gratitude to everyone who reached out to my family during this difficult time. We have been deeply moved by the overwhelming care, the heartfelt messages, and the many condolence visits,” he wrote.
The actor noted that the messages received have been a source of comfort for the family following the tragic loss.
“Your presence, prayers, and acts of kindness have truly touched our hearts. The love and support from friends, neighbours, and even those we have not seen in years have been a constant source of strength.”
“Your compassion has made this challenging period more bearable, and for that, we are immensely grateful,” he added.
