Actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele has attributed her sustained success in the entertainment industry to hard work, consistency and focus.
In a recent social media post, Akindele said growth often comes from stepping outside one’s comfort zone, noting that dedication to her craft has continued to drive her progress over the years.
“With each film project, I’m reminded that growth happens outside comfort zones. Hard work, consistency and focus lead to continuous growth. Excited for what’s next,” she said.
Her remarks come as the actress celebrates 27 years in the Nigerian film industry. Akindele also credited God’s favour and personal commitment as key factors behind her longevity and achievements in Nollywood.
