OGD, YAYI TO GIVE THEIR STEWARDSHIP AT DIALOGUE WITH JOURNALISTS

Baring all unforseen circumstances, the stage is set for this year’s one year in office celebration of the National Assembly members from Ogun State at a programme put together by the Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ Ogun State Council where they will be giving their stewardship.

Senator Otunba Gbenga Daniel, former Governor of Ogun State and the Senator representing Ogun East will be briefing the Press how far he has gone in representing the people of his constituency, present the bills sponsored, projects initiated, Palliatives provided and what Journalists needs to know as achievements in the last three sixty five days.

Otunba Gbenga Daniel, who was a former governor between 2003 and 2011, has strong track records, which will speak for him.

Otunba Gbenga Daniel in 2023 asked the Governor of Ogun State to stop the pension paid to him as a former governor because he doesn’t want to be receiving double remuneration having returned to public service after 12 years.
How far has this gone will form part of the many questions billed for the Senator.

The former governor is fixed for Tuesday, the 25th of June, 2024.

In the same vein, Senator Solomon Adeola Olamilekan, popular known as Yayi, will be appearing at the Dialogue with Journalists program on Saturday, 29th of June, 2024.

Senator Adeola, who has spent twenty-four years as a Lawmaker is with more experience, and this is shown.

In his style of governance to the people, Ogun West, who has confirmed representation in their axis have not been so good like this .

Senator Shuaib Afolabi Salisu of Ogun Central is yet to get back to the committee in charge of this Dialogue with Journalists programme on his preferred date as feelers from close ally reports that he is billed to leave the this week for an important event.
